ONC HEALTH IT CERTIFICATION COMPLIANCE

REAL WORLD TESTING RESULTS

Background & Purpose

What is Real World Testing?
"Real World Testing" is an annual requirement outlined in the ONC 21st Century Cures Act Final Rule for all health IT developers participating in the ONC Health IT Certification Program. (see 45 CFR 170.405). As a Certified Health IT Developer, DAW Systems, Inc. is required to demonstrate interoperability and functionality of ScriptSure Cloud ERX certification for health IT in real world settings and scenarios, rather than in a controlled test environment or lab. Real World Testing verifies that deployed Certified Health IT continues to perform as intended by conducting and measuring observations of interoperability and data exchange. These observations are described in a public and transparent way through Real World Testing plans and reported as Real World Testing results. See the 21st Century Cures Act here and the In-The-Field surveillance and maintenance of certification regulations. In order to comply, DAW Systems, Inc. is publishing the Real World Testing Results below. The Real World Testing Plans can be found here: Real World Testing Plans
