When is support available?
We offer support 24/7. Support can be contacted by phone during regular hours Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST and outside of those hours by email. Emails are responded to within 1 hour after hours and on weekends.
What is needed to use ScriptSure and does it require an install?
ScriptSure is a web-based application and does not require an install to use. For users that want to prescribe controlled substances, we integrate with ID.me to provide our users with the simple ability to approve and send controlled medication orders. All you need is a compatible web browser (Chrome, Safari, or Edge) on any device (laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone).
Does ScriptSure have a downloadable app?
